This set includes a T-handle, pusher block, and blades that will easily turn an array of fruits and vegetables into 8 clean wedges with each push of the handle. Simply swap out the original components on your original wedging, coring, or dicing InstaCut 3.5 (sold separately) and begin slicing away!
For maximum convenience, the durable thermoset blades never need to be adjusted and are resistant to corrosion, even when in contact with tomato juice and other acidic substances. To avoid dulling the blades, do not wash this unit with soap or scrub cloths. Blade assembly is dishwasher safe. NSF Listed.
