Vintage Dakin Smokey Bear Figure w/ Tag And Shovel is in GOOD condition (on a scale of mint, excellent, good, fair, poor)with wear, paint loss, marks and fraying. Wear includes, but is not limited to - wear and marks on the hat including where part of the sticker is starting to coming up; scratch on the belt buckle; wear to the tag where the string is cutting into the tag; and some fraying to the pants. It also probably needs to be cleaned a little better as I did not want to risk damaging the figure. The note pad is also in GOOD condition (on a scale of mint, excellent, good, fair, poor) with  wear, marks and staining. parts of the side are coming up a bit.  Please see photos for additional details.
