Our Therapeutic Mineral Bath Salts are a unique blend of natural ingredients and Sea Salt imported from the pristine, cold, non-polluted water off the Northern Coast of France. This pure salt is hand-harvested and sun-dried in the 2000-year-old Celtic tradition, thus retaining 84 vital trace minerals essential to our “Internal Oceans” (blood plasma, lymphatic fluid and extra-cellular fluid). These deeply-penetrating and detoxifying minerals are blended with Epsom salt to balance, calm and release tension in the body. Most bath salts on the market today are made with salt gathered from polluted waters which have been washed and processed, thus removing the beneficial minerals from the salt. Plantlife uses Sea Salt harvested in its natural state: moist and silvery in color, retaining all the salt's natural properties. We chose this salt for its high mineral content and quality. Unlike Dead Sea salt, this Celtic hand-harvested Sea salt has long been recognized by the macrobiotic communities as a prime condiment.
