Lenzhound Wireless Follow Focus.
I am the original owner. I bought it for a specific job (it did what it's supposed to do). It's been on the shelf for quite a while, so time to sell it. I recently tested it, and everything  works. It is very clean and great condition. It can be powered many ways (see all the cables in the carry case that is included).
It did come with a battery pack and charger (pictured) which is included... it seems to work fine, but please understand that you never know with these battery packs, so that is the one questionable part of this deal.

***Lenzhound seems to have a few versions of this unit, so please pay careful attention to my photos, so you know what you are buying... my system uses a belt drive to focus the lens. The belt is in the plastic bag pictured in the first photo that shows everything the system comes with (including the after market case).***
It's fairly simple to set up and worked well for me.
