This product features double cutlery grade stainless steel knives that rotate at a rapid 1725 RPM. It has a stainless steel bowl with a 14" diameter and a 5 lb. capacity. The Hobart 84145 is constructed of one piece burnished aluminum housing, and is easily dissasembled without tools for easy cleaning.
