    Description

    Up for sale is a vintage sterling silver and enamel American Red Cross pin.  The pin is 1 inch in diameter and weighs 6 grams.  It is domed, with a lightly gilded stippled finish.  It reads “AMERICAN RED CROSS / VOLUNTEER” around a red cross in white and red enamel.  It is marked “STERLING / R.P.C.”.  It has a standard pin back with a safety catch.
    Condition on the piece is fairly good.  There are some small losses to the enamel as shown, as well as normal wear from use.  An interesting piece of Red Cross memorabilia!
