Uses
:
This is a sweeper scrubber combination machine.  It is designed to clean large surfaces without leaving behind excess water.  The front portion sweeps up dirt, dust and debris and the back half of the machine wets the floor with water and detergent (optional) and scrubs the surface of the floor, the water is then vacuumed up into a holding tank for disposal.
The sweeper and scrubber functions can be operated independently and simultaneously.  This is nice because you have the option to run sweep only mode when scrubbing is not needed, thus saving a lot of cost on brush wear.
Our company used it for cleaning a parking garage in a rental car facility.  It would be useful for any parking structure.  It would also be great for cleaning warehouse floors.  It is a hybrid gas/electric and because it can be operated on electric only.  It could be safely used indoors in electric only mode.  This would be a great solution for cleaning a facility where there was a need for part out-door part indoor cleaning.

Features:
Hybrid
:  This machine is a hybrid gas/electric so it has a higher fuel economy.
Electric
: It can be operated in electric only mode and safely used indoors.  Note it is not a plug-in hybrid (meaning the gas motor charges the batteries, so it can’t be used exclusively in electric mode it must be operated in gas mode to charge the batteries.
Onboard pressure washer
: This model is equipped with an onboard pressure washer for cleaning corners and spaces where the brushes cant reach.
Vacuum attachment
: This is NOT INCLUDED, but this model supports a hand vacuum wand attachment that can be used to clean debris from corners and areas that the brushes don’t reach.
Sweeper
:  Can be operated in sweep only mode to sweep dust, dirt and debris from floor surface.
Scrubber
:  Can operate with scrubbing mode, which uses water and optional detergent to really clean and brighten the surface.
Items included:
Includes pressure washing wand/gun with hose and several spare brushes.
Condition:
The machine has relatively low hours and is in good condition for its age.  The exact machine hours are unknown as the control board was replaced last year and that reset the hours meter.  Based on contracted hours for the machines use it has about 1,400 hours of run time.  There are cosmetic scratches and scraps in the plastic on the outside (should be visible in the photos).  There are no known functional/mechanical problems. Item is sold as is with no warrantee.
Owner history:
This machine has only had one owner.  It was bought new for use in a long-term cleaning contract.  It is being sold because the contract expired and it is no longer needed.
