    Here are (2) Comic Character Bisque Figures.  (1) HERBY from Smitty.  He has a big foot chip at base.  He is marked on the back HERBY Made In Japan.  There is some paint loss and some dirt from age.  Herby measures approx. 2 1/2" in height.
