1995-96 All Star Sports top high school basketball players autographed front cover. Purchased from the estate of Bob Gibbons who was the go to for college coaches for over 3 decades. Gibbons traveled the US scouting and evaluating High School talent for some of the top programs in the country. This issue of his magazine was signed on the front by numerous players pictured and not pictured. With the jersey numbers, it appears this was signed at the McDonalds High School All American game
Gibbons was a prominent voice in the selection process for the tournament. All autographs were obtained in person by him or by the team coaches and given to him for his work with the tournament.
