Forsale is a clean, ready to be enjoyed 1969 Datsun 2000 roadster. The car runs and drives absolutely fantastic and is extremely reliable. Thousands upon thousands has recently been invested to make it a very reliable and enjoyable vehicle (receipts to show). The engine was rebuilt in late 2018 and since then, 3500 flawless miles have been added. This was a full rebuild including timing components and going through the head. In nov of 2020 the 5 speed was then rebuilt. Car runs and shifts excellent. Other parts that were recently replaced are as follows. Car is painted a metallic Turquoise. It is slightly faded in some areas (lower rocker panels), some scratches, but presents well.
Thermostat, Temp sensor, water pump, Hoses, Starter, Clutch, Brake master, Slave cylinder, Brake/clutch hoses, Rear axle bump stops, Exhaust header, New wheel powder coat, Hub caps re-chromed, Throttle cable, Drive shaft balanced, Fuel sending unit, Heater core,
Heater valve, Shocks, Pads and shoes, Battery
And Msd ignition box
Not a perfectly original car (seat covers, 3 point belts, aluminum radiator, msd) but was built as a safe & reliable driver. Dash is slightly cracked and has a dash cap on top. Would be more than happy to FaceTime or supply videos/more pictures to anyone interested. Car is located in Azusa California for viewing. Can also put the car up on the lift for undercarriage viewing.
