    A nice award / trophy.
    Reads:
    WASHINGTON COUNTY MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS POPULAR AWARD 1968....of course the the plate could be replaced. This was awarded to Richard Dansberger (1926-2012) of Hagerstown Md. Mr. Dansberger, retired from The Herald Mail newspaper after 43 years, he had also won several awards for his photography and his work was exhibited across the country during the late 1960's & 1970's.
