Jonathon Majors’ ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari has dropped a lawsuit against that actor that accused him of assault and defamation Thursday.
In December of 2023, the “Creed III” and Marvel star was convicted of two misdemeanor counts for assaulting Jabbari in an SUV. He was sentenced to attend a 52-week domestic violence counseling program earlier this year.
A joint notice was filed by attorneys from both parties Thursday, stating that all claims against Majors had been “dismissed with prejudice.”
Jabbari filed the lawsuit accusing Majors of having a history of domestic violence in March. She also claimed Majors had continued to deny that he abused her, stating that there was a “pattern of pervasive domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extended through 2023,” which got worse when they moved to London two years ago.
Majors, 35, faced major backlash from the incident. The actor lost his role as Kang the Conqueror in upcoming Marvel films after the studio cut ties with him following the conviction. He was set to reprise the role in “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” in 2026.
The actor, known best for his roles in “Creed III,” “Lovecraft Country,” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” shared news of his engagement to actress Meagan Good earlier this month.
